About the Luton Festival of Dance.

Luton Festival of Dance is a competitive Festival of Theatre Dance for amateurs, children and students of Theatre Arts.Its objective is to advance the education of the public in the Arts and in particular, the performance, appreciation and the practice of the Art of Dance. The main purpose is educational. To provide an opportunity for good amateur dancers to receive the judgement of eminent professionals, to gain experimental knowledge, to benefit from others taking part,to develop their confidence by demonstrating their artistic abilities before both critical and appreciative audiences.

Luton Festival Entry will continue to be by invitation only. Unfortunately, due to Health & Safety rules as well as being practical we are unable to accept all entries beyond the hours available to us.  We continue to review our entries every year and are pleased to advise we have been able to invite five new schools from our waiting list and look forward to welcoming them to Luton.
